I ll do all i can to help.
Garage door one light red one green.
Did pull screw level to see if that was an issue re engaged lever not sure if did it up or down and still same problem.
If just the red source led is out unplug the mechanism check the wiring and plug it back in.
If getting debris away from the door makes no difference then there s more to the story.
Many times the malfunction can be due to a loose connection or broken wire.
Inspect each sensor to make sure the green or red power indicator lights are.
