Worn gears inside the garage door opener s motor unit can make grinding or buzzing noises. If you want to clear the codes in the opener and start over again press and hold the red button till the opener clicks and blinks once. If your garage door opener is clicking it is probably also flashing a light on and off. The close limit switch may need adjusting.
